Jau ko Satu/Barley Satu is an instant meal made up of Barley. The Barley is roasted and grinded using the traditiona stone grinding method to maintain it’s authentic taste. It is also popularly called Tsampa/Tsamba by Tibetan People and regarded as the staple diet and used by children to the people of all age.
